300ML Small Bottle semi-auto Liquid Filling Machine

Equipment Description

GZ1-4B semi auto filling machine is able to realize the automation of manual bottle tray upload, auto bottle tray infeed, auto peristaltic pump filling, and manual bottle tray unload after entire tray filling completed. The machine realizes auto positioning by mechanically stopping the tray at particular position. After first roll filled, the tray will move one step forward for the next roll to be aligned with the nozzles.

The machine is equipped with a Siemens Smart series touch screen for operation.

The machine can fill different types of bottles from 10ml to 300ml, according to clients requirement.

The machine can fill from both sides, after one tray is completed filled, the operate take off the filled tray, and place another empty tray on the other side for continuous filling.

The company built its own production and living site, with total GFA of 7000m². The site is composed of 5 workshops, 1 office building, and 1 complex building. The workshops occupy around 3600m² in total.
